Register Your Return
Log into your customer account or visit our return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact, and include the completed return form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until you receive your refund confirmation via email.
